    The Little Mermaid : Youth Theatre at the U Presents: The Little Mermaid Adapted for the stage by Nicholas Dunn This classic fairytale by Hans Christian Andersen is a favorite of people of all ages. Intertwining a little fun and humor from modern interpretations, Youth Theatre’s original production retains the important lessons and beauty inherent in Andersen’s original story. This story centers around a young English orphan boy who enters a gigantic, magical peach, and has a wild and surreal cross-world adventure with a group of anthropomorphic insects he meets within the giant peach.
