$45 for 30 images
IceWolf Photography is pleased to offer the "Pick 30 CD" as a way to get your show images. The "Pick 30 CD" allows you to choose which images you would like to have and gets you them on CD for a very deep discount. The price for a Pick 30 CD is $45 (this is about 90% off the price of the smae number of digital downloads). You can also mix-and-match images from multiple shows on a single disc for the same price. The "Pick 30 CD" may ONLY contain images from theatre productions, no other images from IceWolf Photography are available in this format. The "Pick 30 CD" is available for any and all theatre productions.
Images on the "Pick 30 CD" will be at a slightly higher resolution than the "High-Res 4Mpix" single download option. This means that the images will be suitable for any on-screen display (ie. web pages) as well as prints up to around 8"x10".
The "Pick 30 CD" is a flat rate item. You may pick any number of images up to a total of 30 for the same price. If you wish to purchase more images than 30 you may start a second CD. Please keep in mind that there are no discounts for not filling a CD with 30 images.
To place an order for a "Pick 30 CD" please fill out the form below. When you are filling in image numbers, it is important that you include the entire number. This means that if the file name reads: "12AM2010-ARCHIVE-0008" you must include the full text and not just the "0008." If you are including images from multiple shows please include the show name in the box with the image number. This will help ensure that you receive the correct images.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, all sales are final. Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours are eligible for either a full refund or a credit for a new "Pick 30 CD."
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders received with incorrect images may be handled one of two ways. First, if the mistake was in the creation of the CD (ie. There is a missing image or I put an incorrect image that is not listed on your order) then I will either burn you a new CD or email you the correct/missing image. Second, if you entered the wrong image number on the form, thus resulting in receipt of an incorrect image your only course of action is to purchase the correct image at the single download price. So check your image numbers carefully when filling in the form.
Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received. In most cases orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, however it may take up to two weeks depending on the time of year. If you selected a FedEx shipping method, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
PTC Customer Note: If you are a cast member in a PTC production and you are not from Utah, I strongly suggest that you have your order shipped to your home/permanent address. As I cannot guarantee that orders will ship before you leave town, this is the safest way to ensure that you receive your order. All orders will be shipped no matter what. There will not be any hand delivery services even if your order is completed while you are still in town.
Photographer grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to use and copy the images on a "Pick 30 CD", subject to the following restrictions:
This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image(s) for display on personal websites and computers, or making prints for personal use. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the photographer. There are no warranties, express or implied. The image(s) are provided 'as is.'
Neither photographer nor IceWolf Photography will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).
Images that contain cast members who belong to any actors union should be displayed with proper accreditation according to any applicable union rules. A photo credit for the photographer or a link back to icewolfphotography.com is encouraged.
