Playing With Fire 1
After reading about "Steel Wool Photography" on the interwebs I decided that I would give it a try for myself. The concept is to go out at night, load a wire whisk with steel wool and light it on fire. Then shoot a long exposure and swing the whisk and capture the flying spaks.
This was my first attempt. It seemed like a perfect night with the world entirely frozen from the ice storm during the day.
Overall, I would call it a success, thought I learned a few things in the process. I am just going to have to keep experimenting!
